Joe Vella, one of Malta’s finest chefs, has recently bought a Fino kitchen by Veneta Cucine, so we have decided to invite him to our showrooms to participate in a filming of a lifestyle blog with Grazielle Camilleri, and tell us why a top end chef decides to buy a Fino kitchen. They also discussed differences between domestic and commercial cooking, and how must a kitchen be designed for both.

Here is a quick overview of what Joe Vella explained to Grazielle about the most important things to consider when buying a kitchen.

Joe mentioned, that for him to work the most efficiently, is very important to make the smallest number of steps around the kitchen, meaning that the distance between cooking surfaces and appliances should be minimal. He spoke about the importance of the kitchen island, as a piece, that should be central in the kitchen and everything else to revolve around the kitchen island.  Check the video for more tips on how to design a kitchen as seen by a top end chef.
