Provide technical and administrative support to the sales team
Analyse sales orders to ensure accuracy in units, materials, colours, and models
Liaise between clients, sales, and technical teams to resolve technical concerns
Conduct on-site measurements and ensure technical readiness for installations
Communicate with foreign suppliers regarding product details and specifications
Ensure customers receive clear and accurate information throughout the process
Strong knowledge of CAD/Design software and Microsoft 365
Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills
Fluency in English and Maltese (Italian is considered an asset)
Experience or knowledge in the furniture industry is a plus
A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality and efficiency
