We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Support Coordinator. To provide full back office and co-ordination support to the Projects team, ensure that all administrative, procurement, logistics and installation related processes are executed accurately and on time.

Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
· Issue, process and prepare the clients’ orders within the ERP system. Prepare order confirmation and maintain complete project documentation.
· Process orders through the Purchasing department and follow up on acknowledgements and lead times of orders with suppliers. Proactively manage any discrepancies.
· Coordinate deliveries and pick ups with purchasing department, ensuring alignment with site readiness and installation schedules.
· Liaise with after sales and installation teams to schedule works, coordinate access and follow up during installations to ensure smoot execution.
· Act as a central coordination point between Project Managers, suppliers, logistics and after- sales team, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
· Maintain trackers for orders, deliveries and installations, flag risks or delays early, and support continuous process improvement.
Requirements
· 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within a fit out, contract, joinery, construction environment.
· Strong organizational follow up skills.
· Good working knowledge on ERP systems and excel.
· Confident in dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
