Effe has extended its offering to include a range of infrared saunas. Infrared rays penetrate the skin deep down to warm the body, while keeping the temperature inside the cubicle lower than in a traditional sauna.

The temperature in an infrared sauna reaches around 30-40°C, unlike in traditional saunas where it can be as high as 90-100°C. Infrared rays penetrate the skin deep down, having a beneficial effect on our body: they induce deep relaxation, relieve muscle pain, stimulate blood circulation and activate our body’s metabolic processes. A session in an infrared sauna can last 60 minutes.

The front of the Idea IR sauna is recessed, creating a three-dimensional feeling of depth, despite its compact size. The interior is clad in smooth, hemlock panels and the lighting, which is flush with the rear wall, creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The infrared heaters (two or four depending on the size of the sauna) are placed in the corners.
