IT Administrator

In this role, you will be expected to maintain, support, and protect our critical information systems, local, cloud and other communication means and assets; build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. • Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software and hardware.
• Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities.
• Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems that provide a commercial advantage
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights
• Maintain dependable IT infrastructure and networking, that is always up and running
• Partner with internal and external partners to communicate project status, activities, and achievements.

• 3-5 years experience in database, network administration, or system administration experience.
• Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching
• Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
• Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication
• Working knowledge of virtualization, HyperV, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including expert knowledge of security, storage, data protection, and disaster recovery protocols.
• System administration and IT certifications in Microsoft and CCNA are a plus
