Front Office Receptionist

Position Overview

The chosen candidate will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The person will be responsible to greet incoming clients and scheduling their appointments, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

  • O level standard of education
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized, well-mannered and well groomed.
  • Have great record keeping abilities and a good customer-oriented approach
  • Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Maltese, English and possibly Italian.
  • Available possibly mornings, alternate Saturday mornings and one or two evenings a week.
  • To work a total of approximately 20-25hrs a week
