Position Overview:- As a Customer Relations Officer you would be working within a team. Your responsibilities are to ensure that clients are assisted throughout after the sale is closed. You would be responsible for checking of orders, co-ordinate delivery, installations and aftersales flows and make sure that requests are met and dealt with efficiently.

Working hours will be on a shared roster Monday to Friday covering between 8.00 to 19.00hrs and Saturdays alternating 9.00 to 13.00hrs.
