Position Title:- Customer Relations Officer

Position Overview:- As a Customer Relations Officer you would be working within a team. Your responsibilities are to ensure that clients are assisted throughout after the sale is closed. You would be responsible for checking of orders, co-ordinate delivery, installations and aftersales flows and make sure that requests are met and dealt with efficiently.  

 

Duties & Responsibilities:- 

  • The wellbeing of the clients in making sure that their experience at fino will continue to be dealt with professionally, 
  • Keeping the client updated with the process flow of their order. 
  • Assisting in preparation for the delivery and installation process 
  • Following and handling queries. 
  • Ensuring that customers requiring after-sales service are followed up and that their needs are addressed as quickly as possible. 

Required Skills:- 

  • Good organizational skills, time management, client-oriented approach and efficiency 
  • Excellent telephone manners and a smart appearance.  
  • Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office 
  • Fluent in English and possibly Maltese. 
  • Committed and reliable person with a flexible work approach. 
  • Having experience in a similar role would be considered as an asset.  
  • Currently living in Malta.
     

Working hours will be on a shared roster Monday to Friday covering between 8.00 to 19.00hrs and Saturdays alternating 9.00 to 13.00hrs.
