Installations Quality Supervisor

Position Overview

The chosen candidate will be responsible to make sure that the quality standards of Fino are maintained after the sale is closed, by being proactive, finding the source and preventing issues as much as possible prior to the installation process. The person will also be expected to go on-site and be capable to offer solutions to matters that might arise while works are being assembled and until the job is finalized.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and delegate the installation teams with instructions and update them with plans and changes prior to their visit to the client
  • Following that, all updates resulting after the installation appointment are passed on for re-ordering and for a follow-up appointment to the Customer Relations Department
  • Following up on after-sales pending issues
  • Carrying out onsite visits to clients, to monitor installed goods are up to standard, discuss and solve upcoming issues and monitor clients’ concerns and satisfaction;
  • Making sure the Fino standard is kept throughout the process;
Requirements
  • Good background in the installation of furniture methods.
  • A good team leader, able to delegate and suggest solutions.
  • In possession of a B driving licence.
  • Responsible, well-mannered, groomed and a good communicator.
  • Fluent in Maltese and English language.
  • A good critical thinker able to ascertain issues that are beneficial to the company.
  • IT literate.
